אנו מציעים פרוטוקול זה מראה כיצד להבדיל keratinocytes נגזר תאי גזע pluripotent המושרה ו fibroblasts וליצור תא צורב של העור תלת-ממד באמצעות אלה keratinocytes ו fibroblasts. פרוטוקול זה מכיל צעד נוסף של יצירת מודל humanized עכברים. הטכניקה המובאת כאן תשפר את המחקר דרמטולוגית.
