Vi foreslår en protokoll som viser hvordan å skille indusert pluripotent Stamcelle-avledet keratinocytter og fibroblaster og generere en 3D huden organoid, bruke disse keratinocytter og fibroblaster. Denne protokollen inneholder et ekstra trinn for å generere en humanized mus modell. Teknikken presenteres her vil forbedre dermatologic forskning.
