Vi utvecklade en modell av chorioamnionitis för att simulera fetala exponering för moderns inflammation (FEMI) utan komplikationer av levande organismer för att undersöka effekterna av FEMI på utvecklingen av avkommans tarmkanalen. Detta möjliggör studier av mekanistiska orsaker till utveckling av tarmskada efter chorioamnionitis.
