Ein Verfahren zur Isolierung von spezifischen Zelltypen aus pflanzlichem Material nachgewiesen ist. Diese Technik bedient sich transgene Marker exprimieren fluoreszierenden Proteinen in bestimmten Zelltypen, Zell-Dissoziation und Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting.
