Vi beskrev ett förfarande för uppdelning av kolorektal cancer (CRC) för att producera livskraftiga enskilda celler, som sedan fångas på skräddarsydda antikroppar microarrays erkänna ytantigener (DotScan CRC microarray). Sub-populationer av celler bundna till microarray kan profileras med fluorescens multiplexering använda monoklonala antikroppar märkta med fluorescerande färger.
