脳内のデング熱ウイルス感染を見る疾患モデルのこのプロトコルは、神経病原症に関連するウイルスおよび宿主ベクターをスクリーニングするためのin vivoプラットフォームになります。以前のモデルとは異なり、私たちのモデルは、脳症様疾患の生殖誘導のためにマウスを吸う免疫能力のあるがん研究所に感染するために、低ウイルス価を有する感染症のツールを使用しています。この手順のデモンストレーションは、私の研究室の博士候補生であるティンジン・シェンです。
