Un modèle murin d’exposition foetale à l’inflammation maternelle pour étudier les effets de la chorioamnionite aiguë sur le développement intestinal nouveau-né
Nous avons développé un modèle de chorioamnionite pour simuler l’exposition foetale à l’inflammation maternelle (FEMI) sans complications des organismes vivants pour examiner les effets de FEMI sur le développement du tractus intestinal de la progéniture. Ceci permet l’étude des causes mécanistes pour le développement des dommages intestinaux suivant chorioamnionitis.
