Hier wordt een protocol gepresenteerd voor superresolutie live-cell imaging in intact weefsel. We hebben de voorwaarden gestandaardiseerd voor beeldvorming van een zeer gevoelige volwassen stamcelpopulatie in zijn inheemse weefselomgeving. Deze techniek omvat het balanceren van temporele en ruimtelijke resolutie om de directe observatie van biologische verschijnselen in levend weefsel mogelijk te maken.
