Summary

Hier präsentieren wir Ihnen ein Protokoll zu isolieren und kultivieren murinen peritonealen Mastzellen. Wir beschreiben auch zwei Protokolle für ihre funktionelle Charakterisierung: eine fluoreszierende Imaging der intrazellulären freien Ca^{2 +} Konzentration und eine Degranulation Assay anhand der kolorimetrischen Quantifizierung der veröffentlichten β-Hexosaminidase.
