Vi præsenterer her, en protokol for at producere hus flyve carboxylesterase proteiner i vitro med en baculovirus medieret insekt celle ekspressionssystem og senere funktionelt karakteriserer deres roller i metaboliske permethrin, dermed overdrage pyrethroid modstand af celle-baseret MTT assay og in vitro- metaboliske undersøgelser.
