Beschrijven we een systeem dat gebruik maakt van drie methoden voor evaluatie van de veiligheid en effectiviteit van placenta-gerichte drug delivery: in vivo imaging als u wilt controleren nanoparticle accumulatie, hoge-frequentie echografie placenta en foetale ontwikkeling te volgen , en HPLC te kwantificeren drug levering aan weefsel.
