Dysregulierte intestinale epitheliale Barrierefunktion und Immunantworten sind Kennzeichen entzündlicher Darmerkrankungen, die aufgrund fehlender physiologischer Modelle noch schlecht untersucht sind. Hier beschreiben wir ein Maus-Darmschleifenmodell, das ein gut vaskularisiertes und exteriorisiertes Darmsegment verwendet, um die Schleimhautpermeabilität und die Leukozytenrekrutierung in vivo zu untersuchen.
