We beschrijven een methode om aparte organellen door de dichtheid in het leven<em> Drosophila</em> Embryo's. Embryo's worden ingebed in agar en gecentrifugeerd. Deze techniek levert reproduceerbare scheiding van de belangrijkste organellen langs de anterior-posterior embryo as. Deze methode maakt colocalization experimenten en de opbrengst organel fracties voor biochemische analyse-en transplantatie-experimenten.
