Nós descrevemos um método para separar organelas pela densidade na vida<em> Drosophila</em> Embriões. Embriões são incorporados em agar e centrifugado. Esta técnica produz a separação reprodutível de organelas importantes ao longo do eixo ântero-posterior do embrião. Este método facilita experiências co-localização e frações rendimentos organela para análise bioquímica e experimentos de transplante.
