Vi beskriver en metod att separera organeller av täthet i levande<em> Drosophila</em> Embryon. Embryon är inbäddade i agar och centrifugeras. Denna teknik ger reproducerbar separation av stora organeller längs den främre-bakre embryo axeln. Denna metod underlättar colocalization experiment och avkastningen organell fraktioner för biokemisk analys och experiment transplantation.
