Laser microdissectie is een techniek die het herstel van de geselecteerde cellen uit minieme hoeveelheden parenchym mogelijk maakt. Hier beschrijven we een protocol voor die menselijke pancreatische eilandjes van chirurgische preparaten worden gebruikt voor transcriptoom studies. Ons protocol verbetert de intrinsieke autofluorescentie van menselijke beta-cellen, waardoor hun collectie.
