Tilgængeligheden af somatiske SCs er afgørende for regenerativ medicin, sygdom modellering og få indsigt i SC egenskaber. Præsenterer her vi eksperimentelle strategier til at omprogrammere, in vitro, differentieret voksne celler ind i deres tilsvarende udvideligt væv-specifikke stem/stamceller af forbigående udtryk for den enkelt transcriptional Co aktivator YAP.
