Een werkwijze wordt beschreven voor een efficiënte zuivering van twin-Strep-gemerkte fusie-eiwitten en hun specifieke complexen van gemodificeerde streptavidine (Strep-Tactin) hars covalent verknoopt met Bis (sulfosuccinimidyl) suberaat (BS3). De methode heeft de voordelen van hoge snelheid, goede doeleiwit terugwinning en hoge zuiverheid, en is compatibel met daaropvolgende analyse door massaspectrometrie.
